Age is just a number staying healthy and happy can decrease the progression of aging hair which stop growing get brittle and start falling off in older age.

Certain changes and daily routine and better lifestyle can decrease aging of hair

  1. Balanced Diet: Try to eats more vegetables and fruits in diet  try to add low mercury fish like salmon twice a week to the diet add green leafy vegetables and carrots to your diet have a balanced diet.

  2. Hydration: Stay hydrated to promote overall hair health.

  3. Gentle Handling: Avoid excessive heat styling, harsh brushing, and tight hairstyles that can damage hair.

  4. Regular Trims: Get your hair trimmed every 2 months to maintain healthy growth of your hair regularly to get rid of split ends 

  5. Protect from UV: Use hats or hair products with UV protection to shield your hair from the sun's damaging rays.

  6. Quality Hair Products: Use gentle, sulfate-free shampoos and conditioners that suit your hair type.

  7. Avoid Overwashing: Don't wash your hair too frequently, as it can strip natural oils. Try to wash hair twice a week for good results and use a good quality conditioner after washing your hair and also use leave in conditioners in your hair keep your hair and scalp well moisturized all the time .

  9. Supplements: Take hair skin and nail vitamins regularly 

  10. Reduce Stress: Practice stress-reduction techniques, like exercising regularly doing yoga at least 3  to 4 times a week
